Please read the following which refers to the processing of your personal data in relation to UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018. This agreement is designed to protect you, your data and your privacy.
You have been invited to take part in market research by Central Fieldwork Limited, a market research company. For the purposes of this market research Central Fieldwork are the data processor acting on behalf of the end client, the data controller.
Types of data collected
Personal and demographic data will be collected during the session / survey such as age, income, gender, ethnicity etc, in addition to opinion and behavioural data.
Transfer of Personal Data and anonymity
Data will only be shared with the end client who are sometimes based outside the UK or EEA. When we share your personal data with them it will only be for the reasons mentioned in this consent form. The client will ensure that there are appropriate safeguards in place to protect your personal data and keep it safe and secure in accordance with UK/EU GDPR. Your personal details will remain confidential and not linked to your comments, opinions or consumption habits nor behaviour data.
Records with your personal details used to contact you to take part in this market research, will be destroyed 6 months after the project is completed, unless you agree to be re-contacted to take part in further market research.
You have the right to access the information given as part of this market research. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to request that your information is no longer processed and that your personal details deleted. If you have any queries about how your personal data has been handled, please contact email@example.com in the first instance to invoke the client’s data subject access request procedure.
You have been made aware of any costs, time, travel or financials that you will bear to undertake this market research study, and you know what incentive you will receive to cover your time and contribution. You have been informed of how you will receive your incentive, when you will receive it and who will send it. You are aware of all conditions you must meet, to ensure you receive your incentive.
